From our initial chat, it usually takes 2-3 weeks till completition but this depends on client response time and how many revisions there are.

I ask for a 25% deposit upfront, this secures my time and when you are in love with your new branding, I ask for the final payment and send you all the relevant files.

I have been designing for over 25 years and have worked with top brands ensuring their brand identities remain consistant and strong, so I know a thing or two! If you see a logo available for £25, think about what that person can achieve for that amount, they won't be spending time looking at competitors, colours or fonts. I never use stock logos or the same design twice, all my logos are unique and tailor made exactly to you. I am also not the most expensive, because it is just myself I can keep costs down.

Don't make the mistake of thinking you only need a jpeg of your logo, you will need a png, an eps (vector) as well as a jpeg but they also need to be a decent size and at least 300dpi. If you don't have these when you come to print something later down the line it will cost you time and money getting your logo re-set up. I provide all these with each of my packages. Also make sure you get the breakdown of the colours used in your design, the CMYK, RGB and Hex code, this way if yourself or anyone else is designing to your brand guidelines they can match the colours exactly. I provide a set of brand guidelines with all my packages.
